Terms of Service
By accessing our simulation modules, you enter into a binding agreement with Fastapps Studio.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all software, games, and services provided by Fastapps. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you must cease all operations and uninstall our applications immediately.
Limited Operational License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to operate our software for personal entertainment on authorized devices. This license is subject to the following restrictions:
- You shall not attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the simulation engine.
- You shall not host, copy, or redistribute any assets (3D models, textures, or code) without explicit written consent.
- Commercial use of our simulators (Classic Car or Monster Spa) is strictly prohibited.
Operator Conduct
Maintaining a fair environment is critical to our ecosystem. The following actions will result in immediate service suspension:
_ Use of third-party automation software (bots) or exploits.
_ Modification of game memory or local save files.
_ Disruption of global server synchronization.
Virtual Assets & Currency
Our applications may feature virtual items (vehicles, spa upgrades). You acknowledge that these assets have no real-world monetary value and represent a limited license to use specific features within the software environment.
Service Termination
Fastapps reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these protocols. Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately neutralized, and all virtual progress may be purged.
